Official Rules: Recent Purchase Survey Gift Certificate Giveaway
1. Sponsor: This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Daniels Jewelers ("Sponsor"), located at 8700 Hannum Ave, Suite 200, Culver City, CA 90230.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period: Starting 1/1/2025, the Promotion begins on the first calendar day of each month at 12:00 AM PST and ends on the last calendar day of each month at 11:59 PM PST ("Promotion Period"). Partial entries collected in Dec. 2024 will be combined into January 2025 drawing.
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the post-purchase online survey provided by the Sponsor regarding their shopping experience. A link to the survey will be sent via email after a qualifying purchase. Only one entry per completed survey per person per month is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, submit a written request including your name, address, email address, and phone number to questions@online.danielsjewelers.com. Limit one alternate entry per person per month.
5. Prize: Each month, one (1) winner will receive a $1,000 gift certificate to Daniels Jewelers. Gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions of use. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within five (5) business days following the end of each Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
9. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
10. Disputes: The Promotion is governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in California, USA.
11. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.danielsjewelers.com/pages/privacy-policy.
