Daniel’s Jewelers Lifetime Diamond Guarantee against Original Factory Defects**
Every Daniel's diamond jewelry item is manufactured to our exacting standards. We are so confident of the quality of our jewelry that we proudly offer a LIFETIME FACTORY GUARANTEE against original factory defects on every diamond you purchase from us.* Should you ever discover a factory defect in your diamond jewelry, Daniel's will repair or replace the item (at our option) at no charge to you.
Daniel's is proud to offer an extended service policy: our JEWELRY PROTECTION PLAN. You may purchase the JEWELRY PROTECTION PLAN for an additional charge at the same time that you buy your jewelry item. Once you do, you are provided for 3 years OR Lifetime services not covered by our Lifetime Factory Guarantee.
3 Year Comprehensive Jewelry Protection Plan:
- Replacement of any diamond or gemstone up to ½ carat*
- Ring re-sizing up to 2 sizes (does not include initial sizing at time of purchase)
- Tightening of stones/Re-tipping and Smoothing of Prongs
- Repair any breaks or clasps during normal use
- Unlimited Cleaning and Polishing
- Lifetime 105% bonus Trade-in
o Diamond - Requires new purchase of 2x the trade in value
o Gold and Gemstones - Requires new purchase of 3x the trade in value

- Annual rhodium plating of any Platinum or White Gold Item
