Official Rules: Bulova Watch Giveaway
1. Sponsor: This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Daniels Jewelers ("Sponsor"), located at 5750 Hannum Ave, Suite 100, Culver City, CA 90230.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period: Promotion begins on 12/20/2025 ends on 12/24/2025 at 11:59 PM PST ("Promotion Period").
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must visit any Daniel’s Jewelers retail store nationwide. Store associate will provide participants with a link to submit their entry digitally via mobile phone or in-store device. No purchase is required to enter. One entry per person is permitted. Bulk entries, automated entries, and/or entries made outside of a Daniel’s Jewelers store location will be disqualified.h4. 5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) Bulova watches and box. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within two (1) business days at the end of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and phone within 1 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by the Sponsor without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
9. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
10. Disputes: The Promotion is governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in California, USA.
